Yamaha Eterna EF31 Acoustic Folk Guitar - REFURBISHED

This is student guitar. If you are looking for a good performance insturmente go spend a grand on a Taylor or Martin. Now back to the issue of student guitars. The problem with most student guitars is that they have terrible action. The paradox is that you don't want to spend a grand on something you might not want to play so you buy yourself, or your kid, a 100 dollar guitar and it's so hard to play that frustration kicks in.

Yamaha has been buidling student insturments forever and they know where to scrip and where not to scrimp. The action here is decent, not great, but decent. It will stand up to most $300.00 insturments. The hardware is solid, the wood on both the fretboard and body is good quality. There aren't any fancy inlays or trim. I would recommend getting a good set of strings (I like the Martim silk and steel.) So basically you get an instrument that's fairly easy to play and has a full rich sound.
