Order the item from amazon's third party supplier and they send the item to wrong address so I had to call Amazon and they reimbursed me for the purchase so I never received the order. Although a few days later, they sent me the item but it wasn't what I ordered. I appreciate the effort. Always make sure that you check to see who you are ordering from meaning that there are third party sellers on Amazon.

The guitar is okay it sounds decent havent tried to tune it yet but its decent to an extent i have to use a strap and even though in the case it gives you one there is no place to hook it to on the top of the guitar they just tied a string on it so that you could tie it to the fretboard...the strings seem decent but will probably need new ones. the paint bubled a little bit and the parts of the fretboard that should be metal arent. so all around its an okay guitar for beginers its okay.
