DO NOT Purchase this guitar! The pictures are very deceiving! Ordered this item and when it arrived we were very disappointed. My husband referred to this item as a waste of paint!! There were defects in the paint, the fret board was not a solid piece (was bolted onto the body of the guitar), the guitar is a classical open bolt and had metal strings. Bought as a Christmas present for our daughter but we are too ashamed of the quality to give it to her! We checked the return policy - and yes you can return it in 30 days... but you are charged a 20% restocking fee - and refund is contingent that all the orginal packing material is included (DON'T loose even a rubber band)!!! Save your money and don't buy this piece of firewood!!

As other reviewers have stated there were imperfections in the paint. it was also a darker pink than what the picture appears to be. however, we bought it for our special needs daughter who loves playing with daddy's guitar. a cheap one is perfect for her because we won't have spent hundreds on something that may end up destroyed. the metal strings help it sound like daddy's guitar and she loves it. for someone wanting to learn its an ok starter if they aren't 100% sure. for a kid who won't leave a more expensive guitar that belongs to a parent alone its perfect. please note the description though rather than the title of the item as the title says it comes with a DVD and harmonica but it doesn't (description doesn't mention either of these items)

I ordered one of this pink guitar for last xmas. I thought It was perfect gift for my 6 yrs old daughter who is beginning on music. After unpack the item, I found a very deep and ugly scratch on the front of guitar, as well other minors on rest of guitar body. I'm totally convicend that seller sent this guitar with those scratches because item came perfectly packed and sealed.

I do not expect same quality like Gibson or Fender brands for less than 20 bucks, but definetely I expected a decent product.
