38" Inch Student Beginner Black Acoustic Guitar w/ Carrying Case & Accessories & Harmonica

Although we got the item with in the time frame expected ( a very small + in this incident)we absolutely despise this item. It came with 1 extra pic, 1 set of cheap strings, a shoulder strap with nothing to connect to on the guitar, a plasitc bag ( for the carrying case? ) oh yeah....and a plastic tuner that can not be used to tune it? When we opened the package, we found the paint chipped, knicks and scratches on the instrument, pieces of wood missing around the top of it and the strings were so thin, upon strumming the guitar once, they snapped. It can not be tuned by myslef or even the instructor in fear of it falling apart! Not to mention...it has a terrible pitch and sound. I guess I was expecting a little bit too much for the price I paid. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

When I recieved my guitar the apearance was beautiful,the main thing questionabe was that it was left outside while I was not there so anyone could have taken it. It is my first guitar and I got a better deal than I could have hoped for.The pipe tuner was useless but I did get it tuned with an electronic tuner I bought later on, i'm not sure how to put the strap on my guitar but thats okay,yesterday I just learned my first song and the guitar sounds awesome and real.Even if I'm left handed It's easy to handle for a begginer.

When I recieved my guitar it would not play, or tune, and the metal tuning plate was not flush with the wood. I recieved an unplayable product. I tried to make it playable, and then realized the whole fret board was warped. This is a poorly made guitar and not even worth the $30. All this is good for is as decoration on a wall.
