I bought this item thinking that it was made in germany like many hohner items are. Not the case MADE IN CHINA. The jack where you plug in your cord broke the first time I tried to use it. Had to take it apart and repair the jack which had three stripped out screws already. Obviously someone had tried to fix this previously and failed. The sound is terrible and it is not a quality instrument.

Great instrument, at a reasonable price. I took about a year to find the right resonator within this price range and have been very pleased with this guitar. Compared to other resonators listed at the same price this one has the clearest and most ambient tone, it sounds great plugged in as well. If you don't have a grand sitting around to spend on something more expensive i would recommend this guitar!
