Gibson Epiphone AJ-1 Acoustic Guitar, Natural

This is my third epiphone,perhaps one of the top guitar makers in the world. I bought a esteban acoustic for the same price,it looks and sounds nice but the fret board was painted black over a pressed wood material,and the black paint comes off. I will always stick with the name brand guitars,also the ones made here in the usa. Although companies like epiphone are made overseas, they are still very good. Epiphone guitars are top shelf. Gibson is the parent company,and you cannot go wrong. I bought the esteban guitar out of curiosity, now i know stick with the legendary companies.

For an $80 guitar the wood, fit and finish is quite nice. Plays well.
The tuners are a little sloppy but they work.
The intonation isn't adjustable but is surprisingly 99% accurate.

The quality and sound of this guitar far surpassed my expectations. The pricing is excellent. Fast delivery. Very pleased. I bought this for my son, who is a misic student, so he had an acoustic to jam with. It rocks.
