This is not a review of the product itself, as the guitar arrived damaged, and the discs were so gouged that they wouldn't play. Amazon took care to put the product box in an ample outer box, but the stuff didn't stand a chance, given its paltry product packaging.
We can't reach a human being at eMedia's "customer service" number, and we called repeatedly, and in the middle of a business day.
We considered contacting Amazon customer service (they actually respond), but decided against it, as it seems unjust to ask Amazon to make up for eMedia's shortcomings. After all, Amazon held up its end of the bargain.
Since we can't review the product itself, here's a big star for eMedia's phone coverage.
UPDATE 29 Jan 2011: A day after leaving our telephone number for callback on eMedia's "customer service" line, we have received no callback. (Amazon, why can't a reviewer award *zero* stars?)
