Disney has partnered with renowned guitar maker Washburn to bring you the Hannah Montana acoustic guitar, a 3/4 scale instrument combining the fantasy of the show with the reality of a quality made beginner's guitar. Featuring a select hardwood body with a comfortable shape and size perfect for a young girl, quality tuners and a great pop star look, including star shaped fretboard inlays, the Hannah Montana acoustic guitar is ready to play. The guitar was inspired by Disney Channel's American Emmy Award-nominated show Hannah Montana, starring Miley Cyrus and her real-life dad Billy Ray Cyrus. The story is about 14-year-old Miley Stewart, who lives a double life as a schoolgirl by day and teen pop sensation Hannah Montana by night.

Comment: The price was great and the guitar itself is beautifully made and high quality. My one exception is that there is a defect in the strap knob. The knob on bottom was perfect ... the 2nd knob was missing making it impossible to attach the strap for my 6-year old granddaughter.

Comment: We purchased this guitar for my daughter for Christmas. It has held up well this year and she wanders around the house strumming and singing. She is 7, it's the perfect size for her and the sound is good.

Spend a little money on lowering the nut so that the strings will be closer to the fret board. This will make it easier for little fingers to play the chords more easily. It only cost me $25 to do this at my local guitar store. Wipe the strings down often so that
they don't rust as quickly. You'll be happy with this guitar!
