Breedlove Performance Series Bossa Nova Acoustic Guitar, Made in U.S.A.

I took a gamble on this guitar given that I've never played a Breedlove nylon string guitar before ordering it. I've played Breedlove steel string guitars and have always been impressed with how they look, sound and feel so it was worth the risk. The look of the guitar is stunning and it sounds incredible as I expected. I suppose this kind of quality should be expected with a guitar at this price point, but those expectations were exceeded in my mind. One thing I didn't realize until I got it was that the pick up controls are in the sound hole so they don't have to cut a big hole in the side for the electronics which I love, because it preserves the beauty of the guitar.

If you want a more traditional looking and feeling (flat fret-board vs. slight radius) nylon string, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a more modern, very high quality nylon string guitar I would highly recommend the Breedlove Bossa Nova or the Taylor NS-74ce.
