I purchased this item for my youngest daughter. As a guitar player for 30 years and my oldest daughter also a player my youngest one wanted to join in on the fun. I search for 1/2 scale guitars I came across this item and thought it would be a worth while purchase to give a try.... boy was I wrong.... the tuners do not tune as a matter of fact the just spin in place and do not adjust the strings even after tightening the nut, the bridge does not hold the strings in place and the neck string guide fell off as we took the guitar out of the box. The paint job loks like a three year old had fun with a can pf spray paint without a care to looks and to boot the paint is chipping.
I tried contacting the seller to report the damage and received an email reply to send them pictures of the guitar and packaging and then they will determine next steps.... that is very poor customer service considering I contacted them ASAP.
